3. Bookings and Appointments

  • Booking Process: You can book appointments by phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our lounges. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We only accept digital payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payments.
  • Please note we do not accept any cash
  • Pricing: All prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking or at the time of service, depending on the service and booking method.

5. Refunds

  • Service Satisfaction: Bedashing strives to provide high-quality products/services to our customers. In the event of any dissatisfaction with a product/service, customers are encouraged to contact our client Relations Team for assistance.
  • Refund Policy: All purchases (products & services) made through Bedashing are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions or required by applicable law.

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our website and services.
  • Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in any activities that could harm our business, reputation, or other users. This includes but is not limited to, fraudulent activities, spamming, writing fake and unactual reviews, and hacking.
